A Google Sheet that works both ways.
Every submission gets its own row, kept up to date as it's paid, approved or corrected. Change the sheet and Xenpai follows.

What it does.
A row per submission
Added when it arrives, then updated when its status, payment or answers change. A Ref column ties each row to its submission.
Your columns
Every question by default, or just the columns you ask for, in your order.
Edits flow back
Change a status in the sheet and Xenpai moves the submission and sends that status's emails. Fix an answer and it's checked like any other.
Mistakes put back
A change Xenpai can't use is put back, with a note on the cell saying why.
Tabs and folders
A tab per week if you like, and the spreadsheet kept in the Drive folder you name, next to your docs and uploads.
Only its own files
Xenpai can only open the spreadsheets, docs and folders it made. The rest of your Google Drive stays private.
Part of the whole process.
Questions
How quickly does a change in the sheet reach Xenpai?
Within about a minute. A new status sends that status's emails, just as if you'd changed it in Xenpai.
Can Xenpai see the rest of my Google Drive?
No. It can only open the files and folders it made for you.
What if someone deletes the spreadsheet?
The next time a submission arrives or changes, Xenpai makes a new one with every current submission and emails you.
How do I connect Google?
In Xenpai, open Settings, then Connections, and press Connect next to Google. You do it once for your workspace; then just ask for it in the chat.
What happens to my sheets if I disconnect?
They stay in your Google Drive. Xenpai just stops updating them.
