Volunteer sign-ups, sorted.
Describe your roles and shifts in one message. Xenpai sets up the sign-up form, gets the waiver signed, confirms each volunteer by email and keeps your coordinators in the loop.
› Volunteer sign-ups for the Riverside Food Drive on Saturday, November 14. Roles: sorting, driving and the check-in desk, morning or afternoon shift. Ask for name, email, mobile and T-shirt size, and a signed waiver. Email each volunteer a confirmation and keep a Google Sheet for our coordinators.
Xenpai shows its plan, you check it, and it goes live with one click.

Questions
Do volunteers need an account?
No. They open the link, fill in the form and sign. Only you and your coordinators sign in to Xenpai.
Can volunteers change their shift?
Yes. Each volunteer gets a personal link to update their answers until sign-ups close.
Can volunteers get a reminder before their shift?
Yes. Ask for it in the chat, for example "remind confirmed volunteers at 9 AM the day before their shift". Each volunteer gets it once, and again if they change their shift.
Can coordinators help without signing in?
Yes. They can work from the Google Sheet or confirm volunteers with the buttons in Slack. You can also invite them to Xenpai as staff or viewers.
Can I put the form on our website?
Yes. Paste one snippet into any page to show the form there, or a button that opens it.
