Questions

Do students or parents need an account?

No. They open the link and fill in the form. Only you and your team sign in to Xenpai.

Can parents register more than one child?

Yes. The form can take a list of children, each with their own details, in one registration.

Can I take course fees?

Card payments are coming soon, straight into your own Stripe account. Until then, registration is free or you collect fees your usual way.

Can students get a reminder before class?

Yes. Ask for it in the chat, for example "remind each student the day before their first class" or "2 hours before it starts".

Can students fix a mistake?

Yes. Each person gets a personal link to update their answers, so you don't have to retype anything.

Can I change the form later?

Yes. Ask for changes in the chat, or click any question on the form to edit it yourself.
