Use Xenpai from your AI assistant
Last updated 3 October 2026
If you use ChatGPT, Claude or another assistant that supports connectors (MCP), you can connect it to your Xenpai workspace and ask about your forms in plain words: who registered today, who hasn't paid, which vendors still owe a document. It can also act for you: approve someone, check in a ticket, close a form.
Connecting
- In your assistant, add a connector (it may be called a custom connector, an app or an MCP server) with the address https://mcp.xenpai.app.
- Your assistant opens Xenpai's sign-in page. Sign in, pick the workspace and choose Allow.
- You can see and disconnect every connected assistant in Xenpai under Team & settings → AI assistants. Owners see everyone's.
What it can do
- List projects and forms. Your live projects, each form's link, whether it's open, and how many submissions are in each status.
- Find submissions. Newest first, with name, status and payment. Filter by status, paid or unpaid, date, or any word.
- Show a submission. Every answer, payments, uploaded files and the ticket. Sensitive answers stay masked.
- Change a submission's status. For example approve or cancel. The status's own emails and automations run.
- Check in a ticket. By the code under its QR code, or by the submission. Used, cancelled and unpaid tickets are refused.
- Open or close a form. Close a form with a message people see, or reopen it.
Your role, your rules
- The assistant acts as you, with your role in the workspace. If you have view-only access, it can only look.
- It can't see full tax IDs, bank details or other sensitive answers, take payments, deploy changes, or see your password.
- Emails that need approval in Xenpai still wait under Approvals. Changing a status runs that status's emails, so assistants are asked to confirm with you first.
- Access lasts an hour at a time and renews while you keep using it. Disconnecting ends it at once. Removing someone from the workspace ends their assistants' access too.
Privacy
Your assistant receives what it asks for, under its own provider's terms. Xenpai doesn't use your assistant's conversations. See our privacy policy for how Xenpai handles data.
