What does “checked by an assistant” mean?

An assistant reads each new submission and its uploaded photos and documents, checks them against your rules, and emails the person exactly what to fix. Each submission it checks counts once.

What is the fee on card payments?

When people pay through your form by card, Stripe charges its own processing fee, and Xenpai takes a small share of each payment: 2% on Free. The rest goes straight to your own Stripe account. Card payments are coming soon. USDC goes straight to your own wallet, with no Xenpai fee.

What happens when I reach a limit?

Nothing is deleted. When a month's submissions are used, your forms stop taking new ones until the next month; and once the month's checks are used, new submissions aren't checked by an assistant until the next month. Your Team & settings page shows what you've used.
