Registration, tickets and check-in, in one go.
Describe your event in one message. Xenpai sets up the registration form, takes payment, emails each guest a QR ticket and checks them in at the door.

Everything around the form, set up for you.
Ticket types and prices
Ticket choices shown as cards with their prices, and a total that adds up as people choose.
Card payments to your Stripe account
People pay by card right after registering, straight into your own Stripe account.
QR tickets by email
Each guest gets a PDF ticket in your colors with its own QR code, attached to their confirmation.
Check-in at the door
Staff scan the code with their phone's camera to check people in. A ticket can't be used twice, and every check-in is recorded.
Payment reminders
Anyone who registers but doesn't pay gets a reminder with their payment link. Unpaid registrations are let go after 24 hours.
One registration per person
Turn away duplicates by email or mobile number. Someone who comes back before paying simply starts again.

Questions
Do my guests need an account?
No. They open the link, fill in the form and pay. Only you and your team sign in to Xenpai.
Where does the money go?
Card payments go straight into your own Stripe account. You connect it once on the Payments page.
How does check-in work?
Each ticket carries a QR code. Your staff open it with their phone's camera, sign in and check the person in. A ticket that was already used shows up right away.
Can the event be free?
